[292] Death of a Stranger

Embers falling from a dark sky
I can’t find your remains in my head
Fading away through the sins i gulp
A distant dream i never share
I can meet you someday
when you come back to me like a seizure

You’re the waking after fainting
Blobs of people I can’t recognise
They’re standing over me concerned
picking me up out of spite
Sounds are low
high pitched screeching
Juxtaposition hallucination

When i sit i compare my life
to what it was before i died
I understand my focus
on all the wrong things
while you were around
I can’t even remember
the specifics but all the
feelings still survive
but I can still say one thing
But leave it
you don’t need to hear how i died
